Every unit is fully turned at move out, carpet is replace or cleaned depending on wear and tear, repairs are made, unit is painted and property managers inspect the unit to make sure the it is move in ready.
You do not need to be home for maintenance.
Yes, maintenance is on site throughout the day and we also have 24-hour emergency service.
You can call us at the Leasing Center or put in a service request through your Resident Portal online.
You can call the main office, or call after hours number on the sticker located in your kitchen cabinet.
If you are locked out Monday-Saturday between 10-6, contact the Leasing Center, show your ID and we will give you access to your home. After hours and on weekends, you will need to contact a lock smith to gain entry to your home
Yes, off-street parking is available to residents and their guests.
We do not have a dog park however, pet waste stations are conveniently located throughout the community.
Yes, pets are welcome. You can bring up to 2 cats, 1 cat and 1 dog, or 1 dog, pets must be under 50 lbs. fully grown. Breed restrictions apply.

Pay online 24 hours a day by using your bank account, debit or credit card. You can also pay by mail with a check or money order.
Yes, an active renter's insurance policy is mandatory with a personal liability in the amount of $100,000.

Yes, but early termination fees apply.
Call BGE and have services updated to your name when you have your move in date and address.

Appointments are recommended and appreciated but walk ins are always welcome.

The neighborhood is quiet and we feel safe. The house renovation is beautiful and my kids just couldn't hide their happiness which gives me joy. The staff are awesome, always willing to answer any inquiries. So far we are loving our new home.
