I've been residing at The Orchards at Severn Townhomes for just short of two years and I am still pleased to report that I love it here. I receive the highest level of customer service that I've come to expect. It is a quiet, yet friendly and neighborly atmosphere.

The neighborhood is quiet and we feel safe. The house renovation is beautiful and my kids just couldn't hide their happiness which gives me joy. The staff are awesome, always willing to answer any inquiries. So far we are loving our new home.
